Luke Aulin is the co-founder and CEO of RTOWN. Luke is the recipient of BiV’s Top 40 Under 40 and has grown RTOWN to be named by BC Business as one of the largest digital agencies growing in BC. Through CBH Agency Partners, Luke led the acquisition of RTOWN and holds the vision to create Canada’s largest privately owned group of agencies whilst ensuring culture – a happy group of employees and customers – remains at the forefront of our minds as we scale. Luke is a people-first leader and deeply passionate about helping people create a life of freedom and accountability through honest service that regenerates wealth for as many people as possible.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Krista LaRiviere is passionate about helping customers navigate the digital marketing ecosystem to help grow their businesses. She brings 23 years of marketing experience and entrepreneurial thinking to the RTOWN team and every customer she works with. Having founded and successfully exited, three digital marketing companies, most recently gShift, which was acquired by RTOWN, Krista has also been ranked as one of Canada’s top female entrepreneurs by Profit’s W100. Krista holds degrees in Economics, Business Administration and Applied Information Technology. She is an active Rotarian and a Queen’s Diamond Jubilee recipient for her work with charities.

DIRECTOR OF MARKETING OPERATIONS

As a leader of the RTOWN Customer Success Team, Thomas will act as your core representative detailing your needs and wants to the team. With almost a decade of experience in the digital marketing world, he will prioritize innovativeness and next-level project management skills to ensure your project will be a success.

ACCOUNT MANAGER

Amy is an Account Manager with over ten years of experience in digital marketing. Her passion for connecting with clients and providing excellent customer experiences is unmatched. Patrick Nelson is a Web Developer & Designer with over seven years of experience in web design and development. He has managed over 100 websites and is a jack of all trades in the industry. His love for helping businesses be their best in an online world is his passion, and he ensures every client is left thrilled with their website.

Kristina is a Digital Marketing Strategist with nearly 5 years of experience in paid, influencer and social media marketing. Her bachelor’s degree in economics coupled with two post-graduate degrees in marketing allows her to apply analytical thinking and a deep understanding of consumers behaviour to translate business goals into successful digital marketing campaigns.
