Partnership: We’ve become Founding Partners with LOCO BC

Did you know that a 1% increase in BC consumer spending creates 3100 jobs and 94M in annual wages to BC workers? A small change really creates BIG impacts for our local economy.

That being said, we are very excited to announce our partnership with LOCO BC, a non-profit local business alliance working to strengthen communities, grow the local economy and build strong, sustainable businesses by encouraging a shift towards local purchasing.

LOCO’s vision, much like RTOWN’s, is to build a province where healthy, resilient and sustainable communities are supported by strong local economies. As a Founding Partner, along with Vancity, PacBlue Printing, Mills Basics, and Renewal we are proud to work toward this goal with LOCO BC.
